Since its inception on the 3^rd June 1992, Rotary Club of Jahangirnagar Dhaka (RCJD) has been rendering humanitarian Services to the community and has brought hope and relief to scores of underprivileged people.
RCJD firmly believes that life’s real pleasure lies in sharing with and caring for the least fortunate and the downtrodden.

RCJD has meticulously followed the guidelines of Rotary International in all four avenues of services i.e.
CLUB SERVICE, COMMUNITY SERVICE, VOCATIONAL SERVICE,  YOUTH SERVICE & INTERNATIONAL SERVICE.

Year after year the members of RCJD have worked tirelessly to develop strong bonding between its members and the community.RCJD has found its permanent place, not only in the Hall of Fame at Rotary International Headquarters for its significant contribution to the Rotary Foundation, but also in the hearts of all those deprived people whom it has served over the last two decades.

R.I. Dist. 3280 has recognized Rotary Club of  Jahangirnagar Dhaka as one of the best club in Bangladesh.
